Freshness is the key and coffee's full awesomeness is fleeting. We recommend using coffee within 3-6 months upon receiving. The product preserving period is 12 months. And there is a date indicated on the packaging. We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light, in its original packaging, or airtight container. The levels of moisture present in the refrigerator and freezer can greatly accelerate flavor loss. We don't recommend storing in the refrigerator.

In our experience, when there are no tracking updates, it means logistic operators has yet to scan your shipment but it's still on its way (this can happen during busy shipping times like we have right now). We've seen orders show no tracking updates up until the date of delivery, so don't worry if you still don't see one a few days after ordering. Our standard shipping estimate is approximately 1-6 business days for shipping , so if you haven't received a tracking update 5 business days after it has shipped, please let us know so we can help.
Return & Exchange
Our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service, the highest quality goods, and of course, delicious coffee. We want you to be happy with 3commascoffee, so we strive to make sure our return policies reflect that. We will accept under the condition that the product hasn't been used and the packaging hasn't teared open within 7 days upon the receiving product.
If return and exchange is happening due to your own preference on the products, you need to cover for the shipping costs.

RE: COVID-19 Operation Updates
Yes! We’re currently accepting orders and shipping internationally. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.
We’re trying our best, but minor delays are happening internationally. Our most recent update is that we're currently only shipping from our warehouses from Monday to Friday. We'll be catching up on weekend orders at the start of the week, so it may take a few days for you to receive your shipping confirmation email. But don't panic, we've received your order and are working as quickly as possible to dispatch it without compromising the safety of our team.
